FAQ’s

How long will it take to complete the maze?

Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the maze, about 30 minutes is the average completion time. The maze stretches over 5 acres and is comprised of about 2 miles of trails. We suggest allowing extra time in case you're not as smart as you think you are!

What if I get lost?

Trivia signs are posted throughout the maze. Get the question correct and you’ll get a clue to the direction you should go. Staff members are on hand to help lost souls. Afraid to ask for help?... we’ll get you out when we cut the corn down in November.

What if there is inclement weather?

We try to remain open as long as possible, but sometimes it is necessary to close the maze due to inclement weather. In the event of heavy rain, lightning, and/or strong winds the maze will be closed. When in doubt, please call before your visit (717-328-3617).

What rules are enforced at a Corn Maze?

We want every visitor to have a memorable experience at Stoner’s Dairy Farm so there are a few rules that we ask you to follow for your safety:

  1. Smoking and Alcohol are absolutely prohibited at all times.
  2. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the maze.
  3. Damage of the corn stalks, signs or any property is not permitted. This is a "living" maze and cannot be repaired if damaged. Violators will be asked to leave. This includes littering.
  4. Always stay on the paths. Do not attempt to cut through the corn.
  5. Foul language and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  6. Keep children with you at all times.
  7. Please do not run. Be considerate of others.
  8. We reserve the right to deny admission when warranted.

Is there food available for purchase?

Ice Cream, snack items, and beverages are available for purchase. Have a seat in our barn loft and enjoy the scenery.

What should I wear?

Please keep in mind you are visiting a working farm. Sneakers are the shoe of choice. A sweatshirt or jacket may be necessary for chilly evenings.

Is there anything I should bring?

stoner store Don’t forget your camera... you’ll want a record of all your great memories. Other things to consider: walkie-talkies, compass, sunscreen, and a good attitude.

Are the farm, and maze, wheelchair and/or stroller accessible?

The maze paths are dirt and can be accessed by some styles of wheelchairs and strollers. Crushed stones are in some locations around the farm, but generally strollers with large wheels and all-terrain wheelchairs work quite well on the farm. A handicap restroom is available. Please note: the maze may be muddy after rain.
